County Leaders Seeking to Revise Release Procedures from Local State Hospital

WHAT: Members of the Westmoreland County delegation of House of Representatives and local officials will discuss a proposal to improve the release and supervision process of those discharged from the Sexual Responsibility and Treatment Program at Torrance State Hospital in Derry Township, Westmoreland County.
