GREENSBURG – Westmoreland County House members today announced they plan to introduce legislation to improve public safety, strengthen oversight of high-risk sexual offenders and reform Pennsylvania’s management of individuals discharged from the Sexual Responsibility and Treatment Program (SRTP). The legislators are Reps.
